Convert a Template to a Website

I need a simple and plain website built on the free Wix platform, I'll provide the login/password. The site will act as a data input portal. it needs to have approximately 16 input fields and some very simple calculations along with it. I will provide the template for the fields and calculations via excel file. furthermore, the site needs the capability to export all the data via email with one button at the end. This is for a small business to report closing numbers at the end of the day. The manager will just take the POS closing report and enter the values in the appropriate fields on the website, and the site will generate and send the report. I don't need any design work, just fields, a few pull-down menus, some simple calculations and a "send report" button.
