CSS/HTML Expert to design In-screen Popup page design

Looking for an Eastern European coder, who is an Expert with CSS/CSS3 & HTML/HTML5, along with beautiful form design (jQuery/ajax). No coding or database is required, just need the designs. Please show me examples of past similar work with your bid. You will be paid $100 and a perfect review. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am building an online service. Part of the service will consist of an 'inscreen-popup' to appear. A perfect example of this can be seen here using Google as an example: [login to view URL] I don't need any graphics done, or any code that creates the actual 'in screen popup'. All I need is the design inside the popup, along with a simple border and shadow exactly like shown in the example link above. When you think about it, it's the same as designing a web page. I'll need about 12 of them. Once we have 1 made to perfection, all the rest have just small changes in content. Forms will be included, but don't need to be coded to work/connect with a database. We will go over the first 'in screen popup' until we have it absolutely perfect, then make the rest off of that template. I will provide content and design layouts and work with you to help. I'll need you to host your work only while we work on it. Please treat them as in-screen popups, by providing a dimmed/darkened website in the background.
