1. A website where clients who want some project done can post the project details on the website along with their contact details. 2. The posted project details should be confirmed after sending a link in the confirmation mail. 3. Before the project and contact details are posted on the website, it would require my authorization. 4. Once authorized, a snapshot of the project should be displayed in a portal where the contractors looking for clients can see those. 5. In order to get full project details and contact details of the client, the contractor would have to go through an online payment gateway before he/she can access the complete details. 6. The portal should dynamically update and let everyone know that which projects are the most popular. 7. The visitors should have an option to subscribe to our newsletter service. 8. I already have the domain name. So, you need to buy me space and set up everything before giving me the controls of the website. 9. The website should require minimal maintenance, should be extremely easy to use and look pleasing.
