Build an Online Store

I need help speeding up and woocommerce store that uses composite products plugin. [login to view URL] Right now the user clicks the check box to include or exclude a composite product, and each time there is a call made to the server with some javascript taking place behind the scenes. This process takes too long, and the implementation is difficult to use on the ipad and touch screens in particular. I need a solution that provides the same functionality, but works a lot faster and smoother - ideally, I'd love to bypass the server call all together and just configure the product on the browser and then "submit" the entire composite product with one "add to cart" click. The front end check box elements should also be made bigger and more touch friendly, so that the user has instant feedback that a box was clicked or unclicked, no matter what device they are using.
