Build an Online Store using sales ingnitor

I am looking to have a the sales ignitor hire management plugin for magento installed and setup to a level to allow me to install products, Looking to maintain my search engine position by way of keep current page addresses and assigning them to products in the site, I'm also looking to have a off the shelf theme installed, This is the first project on hone site and I'd be keen form a working relationship to have the site customised further after we have fully populated it, Many thanks Martin
