Build an Online/Customer rewards

Interested in a price for a website designer to write a complete site. There are three parties involved: Us (provider) our customer (customer) our customers customer (end user). The website is a customer loyalty rewards website similar to points awarded by airline companies. The customer awards points to an end user based on the end users spending on the customers products. the end user visits the customers rewards site to redeem points. they select a reward product according to the number of points they have available. an email is sent to the provider who then supplies products. the end users points will obviously deplete automatically on the order being made. features needed: 1. ability to roll out new implementations with unique URLs as the provider gets new customers 2. provider site a. dashboard of all customers b. see/edit customer details c. customers award points to end users at varying rates. need ability to edit these numbers. eg customer A awards points at $1 = 1 point. Customer B awards points at $1300 = 100 points d. page to enter new products. Field required: i. category ii. image upload – accept multiple image file types. Automatically downsize image for thumbnail or product detail page iii. 3. customizable landing page with branding for each customer so their end users see that branding a. landing page to include a link to an enroll page where an end user can enter their details for the customer to approve 4. page for customer dashboard a. manage end users page link - see all their end users. sortable by end user company name, end user first name/last name etc. Can see what end users have bought. b. able to suspend end users easily via a suspend/enable toggle. c. page to authorize new users who have enrolled themselves to the system. d. rewards page - see all rewards and end user does e. enter rewards for end user page link. lists all end users with fields for monthly spend. click enter to review entered points. then a page to print and review, another page to authorise points upload f. page to see all rewards the same as the end user sees them. Sortable by name/points. filter by points. search function. Rewards are in categories. Eg outdoor/travel/kitchen etc. to have categories listed on tabs down left. 5. page for end user dashboard - see points and order history a. end user sees their points on a dashboard, b. can see all rewards available for purchase including their cost in points. able to search by name, able to filter by points value ie between a value and b value, able to sort rewards by name, points value etc 6. other features required. a. Auto email to end user advising points spent since last email, number of new points awarded, current points balance. b. Welcome email issued on authorisation to system c. Content of both these emails editable by customer. Eg intro text, conclusion text, image for email signature etc. d. Reports for provider i. Customer ii. End user iii. Product iv. Category v. Etc. e. All necessary databases f. Rewards page to list a selectable number of results as thumbnails with cost in points and product brand, name and model i. Then click on product for detail. g. Provision ability for customer to pay with some points and balance by paypal (or entirely by paypal) h. Shopping cart to fill as end user selects products. i. Checkout page – customer can top up with paypal if they don’t have points to cover the cost of purchase j. Wrapping options: standard or gift wrapped k. Handling fee per order. Editable on provider dashboard by customer - and with an order value also editable value above which an end user does not pay handling. Eg end user buys $120 worth of product – nil handling fee.
