Hi there, I have gone through the project details carefully which you have specified. It seems to me that rather than, always hire someone to do these tasks and pay for the service, I would suggest to provide a training to you, describing and explaining all the tasks and points mentioned in the project details (at the same time, I'll complete all the tasks, which will provide you better understanding.) The tasks can be done easily and does not required any sort of technical knowledge.
