An existing Template Made into a CMS Website that is hosted via a Facebook Page

I have other template documentation and I have a link to the actual shop [login to view URL];ref=vectorcoder&clickthrough_id=131480089&redirect_back=true I have been quoted $150 already but would rather source an Australian builder for around the same price but not more than that. I have been advised that DreamWeaver would make this project 'easy' to create and you have to use a static iframe tab to be able to insert it via a Tab into your Facebook Page. Here is the tab that the template developers used and no, it does 'not' have the 2 yellow spotlights which other developers (like Woobox), are saying are impossible to remove. There must be a way around that problem as seen here: [login to view URL];app_data My budget is a maximum of $150 for a site that I must be able to personally add more categories, pictures, prices and descriptions at any time when necessary. I will email you more details plus the link to the Facebook page when the time is right, as well as my Paypal account for adding the 'Buy it Now' or 'Add to Cart' buttons, as necessary. I am not using this Paypal account yet but it is set up as a business account.
