design PSD and HTML-CSS for one website page

Hi, My website will go live in a few weeks, but for the first couple of weeks in order to attract visitors I will only show one page where I will be giving out 4 prizes to lucky winners who enter the contest. This project involves the design of this contest page. I will provide: - The general theme and some images & text that you can use. - The contest page of another website similar to what I would like to do. You need to: - Come up with an original and pretty design. It should be at least as pretty as the page that I will send you, but it should not look like a complete copy of that page. - Create the PSD for it, where we will make changes until I am 100% satisfied. - Convert it to table-less HTML making heavy use of CSS. Clean W3C valid, compatible with all browsers, use optimized and sliced images for fast loading. Follow standardized naming conventions (using classes and generalized styles instead of IDs). - Use javascript jQuery to animate elements in the page (you will see examples in the example page that I will send you). REQUIRED: - Imagination & creativity. - Design in PSD. - Good knowledge of CSS. - Good knowledge of Javascript jQuery library and plugins. - Ability to chat online either on gmail, or on skype. Please send me examples of your design and/or html-css-javascript work as this will be a key part of my decision making. Thanks
