christmas card template

A newyear page with inside a windows media file movie with a newyear greet needs to be decorated. The movie is 640/480 . No complicated work needs to be done, just some nice decoration Nice job for somebody with excellent photoshop skills , since this can be done within 2/3 hours I think about a budget round 30/40 dollar. I do want the first setup today and tomorrow before 12.00 (amsterdam time) the template must be finished. Also I prefer somebody that I can contact through skype, payment will be done through paypal .
