chinese new year background artwork

Hi, We need someone to add chinese new year pixel art elements to our site j#o#r#b#[login to view URL] (remove #) background image. The image can be found at http://j#o#r#b#b#.com/i#m#a#g#es/[login to view URL] Note that we only need the left and right sides to have either firecrackers / lanterns / dragons etc, and the chinese new year message. Middle section is blocked by website main body. In your bid please post sample artwork and also your bid if less than $30, you can recycle previously done work, we are fine with it. If you could add the blue mascot in the artwork that'll be great e.g. the mascot wearing a lion dance head or lighting fireworks. Optional.
