A Very Simple 1 Page Redesign

I have 1 main page that requires some redesign. I have included the source code in the attachment. I would like to see samples of your work. I'm looking for quick turnaround. 1) Replace the red "Post Job" button at the top with a "Employers Click Here" button. I would like the button to be larger, stand out better and blend nicely into the page. Here's an example: [login to view URL] dot com/site/jobseeker 2) Replace "Powerer By" image at the top of the page. I will provide you with new wording and original PSD file. 3) Create original design of the City States blue box near the bottom of the page. I like the current design, just would like something original. Would also like to make it more lightweight if possible and flexible using CSS and other images. 4) Redesign Cyan blue boxes in main content area and sidebar area. Would like similar design to blue States/Cities boxes. 5) Create an odometer to show the number of job sites in our network. This would go in the right footer area. Would like this done in CSS, something like this site: [login to view URL] Images needs to be smaller. 6) Create a box for "Get Job Alerts" for the right sidebar.
