Hello. I'm building a new website, and I'd like it to look sharp and clean. This is for a construction company. Logo, pictures and an example website that they like will be provided - but we'd like to make this site our own and not copy the competition too much. This site will eventually be programmed out with a CMS, focusing on SEO - so you should factor in that the menu items will be created dynamically within the admin, and they will probably have DHTML drop-down menus for sublevels of the site. This is for a high-end construction company, so we want the design of the site to reflect that. The color scheme will probably be blue and gold - to play off the color in the logo. Please ask any questions you may have before bidding on this site. The designer should hand off a layered psd to me, when approved and completed.
