Design - pictures for a home page

This is our website under construction: [login to view URL] Here the list of what we need for that website: 1- The main image (which is 960 X 360pix) should be cropped originally with the text "Online English School for Busy People Everywhere". You can download the original picture here: [login to view URL] The final pic should look great with the rest of the website. About the font type, the font color, layout and if the students in background should be taken away is your decision. 2- On top right, instead of the "search" box should be a link "Oral Practice for FREE?? click here". This link should be discrete but intriguing. 3- On the right side in the middle of the page, we need another picture instead of "Receive 4 lessons for FREE". The picture should show a pdf document but it should look like "studying material". 4- With this picture [login to view URL] and this picture [login to view URL], we need that it would be written "contact me". With your bid, please send a mockup (with watermarks) so it will really help us to take a decision. Thank you!
