Design Refresh for WoW Guild Website

I am looking for a designer to give a design refresh to the basic areas of an existing website. The work carried out will be purely design mockup. The website is for a World of Warcraft guild. The existing photoshop document can be provided. The current design poorly contrasts (white on yellow), and is lacking the graphical attributes to attract players.
Requirements:
- Updated colour scheme.
- Better typography (font faces, sizing and spacing).
- More graphical attributes (styled boxes, lists, tables, game art, and news image placement).
- Retain the current layout and minimalistic approach; Photoshop document can be provided.
- Design mockup work only; I will do the development.
- Iterative design approach in consultation with the client (me).

When I implement your design refresh I will follow it with high accuracy. Your work is for my use only and will not ever be resold or distributed. I can give external examples of what I am aiming for you to achieve.
