Design a HTML Page depecting how to shop at a ecommerce site

I need to explain to my customer how does my website shopping works, especially my delivery timing works, in a graphical way and cartoon ways, and with few descriptive texts. Basically I want to convey the following flow of placing an order with my site. 1. User add their products into cart and then click checkout 2. At the checkout page, here they are able to choose their preferred delivery date and timing. There are 3 time slots available to choose from. 3. The earliest time slot they can choose is next day delivery time slot of 7-9pm if they placed their order before 12midnight. 4. We delivery 365 days per year. 5. Customer will get a tracking number for their orders. In case they want to resechedule their delivery when the order has been placed. They can call to third party courier to ask for resechedule. 6. Even if they are not at home when the delivery is attempted, they can ask for redelivery from the courier company, free of charge. I want to present the above in a very easy understand and graphical manners.
