Design + HTML/CSS3/Twitter Bootstrap - repost

For a new to be launched league website, we are looking for a cool, slick and attractive design. We had a design (viewable at [login to view URL]) but it is not what we have in mind (it is too simple/childish). A little bit about our goal: Our website name is 'LeagueZone' and is a place where clans/players can signup to play a war against eachother based on a ranking system. Similar website like us are [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] What do we have in mind: we are looking for a cool, slick and attractive design which should be completely compatible with twitter bootstrap!!. Do NOT reply on this project if you don't have any experience with Twitter bootstrap. We would like to have something like this in the top of the website: [login to view URL] What kind of colors? We would like to have something that is inline with our current logo, which is designed by user logobank and can be found here: [login to view URL] We would love it if you could send us a mockup of what you have in mind. For the moment we are ONLY looking for someone who can do the design and the initial html/css coding. Are you a professional and good webdesigner? Let me know!
