Design Expanding HTML Table for Web Application

Looking for a highly creative and skilled designer to revise an expanding table within our web app. Attached is a picture of our initial, rough rendering of the table. What I'm looking for: (1) Clean, modern design. (2) The rows of the table must expand and collapse. When a row is expanded there are sub-rows that must be presented below them. (3) My initial concept was to have the rows look like ribbons so that the sub-rows appear to slide beneath the row. See attachment for the rendering. (4) We are using a Table HTML element for this, we need to keep this underlying format. This means, for example, that we cannot have anything rendering above the expanding/collapsing row. (5) For each expanding/collapsing row we must have a trigger (to expand/contract row). See the attachment for our current use of +/- symbols. (6) We need to have a red/green/yellow/grey indicator shown for each row. (7) We need to have a list of channels presented for the row. These are basically tags that are used for identification. Notes about the attachments: (A) The first image shows the rows expanding. (B) The second image shows the rows collapsed.
