I'm looking for someone to create a custom Wordpress 2.0 theme for me that will work correctly across all platforms and browsers. I have attached a PDF depicting how I want it to look and will supply the original photoshop file to the winner.

I need a designer that will work quickly, efficiently and has experience with CSS and Wordpress themes.

THe project will need to be completed by close of business on Wednesday, with a rough proof ready by close of business Tuesday.
