Creative Database Admin Panel

Website is written in PHP, JQuery, AJAX, and it is database driven using MySQL Need a Database BACK END Administration Panel menu. I have attached a WORD dcument with someideas of what I like. The FREE menu I found with EXISTING CODE is different than the style and colurs of our main website. I'd like to massage it somewhat to blend in a little so it keeps its dark dramtic look yet will still resemble our existing website style. Also need a cool Favicon for our website. Skills: PHP, Page design, graphic design, an eye for details, can work self-supervised, quick learner, EXCELLENT ENGLISH WRITING AND SPEAKING ABILITY. Daily updates and must produce a schedule of all tasks before starting any work with estimated times and completion dates. Oh, that's called organization and project management. If this is foreign to you, don't apply. Need this done in the next few days. I will not pay 100% up front milestone.
