Create A Website

I need this complete website done with difference colors maybe and it must be scrollable. So if you you add like six pages of information it dose not dissort the images. All PSDs and Layers must be sent to me. No FLATTENED files. My budget is very low... $10-$30 for the entire project. Please contact only if you are are willing to do it for the price listed above. Please supply sample work and please send me a mockup if possiable. All work will be copy rigthed to me and there might be more work in the future.
