I need help to create a Joomla theme for one of my HTML webpages. It should look similar to current web page with a few modifications which are described in details in enclosed screen shots.
file original is a screen shoot of current webpage
file _2 is a screen shot of what is desired
- The web page does not have to look exactly as the requirements enclosed
- Must be SEO friendly
- Must be multilingual
- Designer is expected to ad a graphical touch on top of our requirements
