Create Invoice and Shipping Template into PSD

I have 2 template designs in JPG as attached which needs to be recreated into PSD. As you can see it is quite awful where the text sizes used are out of proportion. This is what needs to be done 1. Make the layout cleaner 2. Select better font style and font size for the titles and subtexts 3. Set it to A4 size as it is expected to be printed out. The current JPG is out of proportion. Data Entry: From this 2 templates, I have 7 invoices and 7 shipping orders that needs to be filled up. I will give you the contents in word document to enter it. NOTE: PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN STATIONERY DESIGN OR WEBSITE DESIGN. If you are awarded just because you say you know how to use photoshop and end up messing up like the previous designer, the project will be cancelled immediately and reawarded to the next candidate.
