Create Customised Header for WordPress Blog

• Create a custom header for my blog which looks like the mock up on page 1 in the attached PowerPoint. I’ve mocked this up but I’d like you to produce a professional version of this. That is, remove the background from the female image so it is just her against the starry background; re-size to suit the web but keep the image as crisp as possible (i.e. don’t reduce quality of image so it appears fuzzy when displayed on web). Images are also attached in pages 3 and 4 of powerpoint. • Increase the size of the header by 50%. The area I’m referring two is highlighted in red on page 2 of attached PowerPoint. • Provide clear, detailed instructions (in english) on how I load the new header into my Wordpress template. I am using the Wordpress Suffusion template. (I can’t work out how to do this so it looks right).
