We have an EPS version of our logo. The EPS contains a gradient background. When we select all elements of the logo, except for the background, and copy it into a new Illustrator or Photoshop file, it goes haywire. All kinds of weird gradients show up and we don't know what do to. I'm guessing a raster version of the logo would need to be masked or something but yeah... that's about as far as my experience goes. Also, the Cross in the EPS file is obscured by the light. We would like for it to be a bit more clear, as show in an older mockup with less backlighting below.

This looks like a fairly simple procedure. I've worked with .eps files a lot in my experience and have had to decipher a lot of complicated files that crossed my desk. If a .png with transparency is what you need then I'm your guy!
