Company logo and web site template

I am looking for a company logo and web site template for a children's computer training center. The name of the company is Children's Technical Learning Center. The web site template should have basic navigation that includes: About Us, Contact, Curriculum, Software, and Services. Web site template should be designed for 1024x768 resolution. Finished products should be layered Photoshop PSD files. Please submit samples as low res JPG files. Selection process: 1. Mock ups submitted during bidding 2. At the end of bid period a winner will be selected within 2-3 days 3. Funds will be transfered to escrow 4. Changes/edits made to winning design 5. Upon final approval funds will be released
