Company Website Pages

We are looking for web designers to create a design for the basic elements of a company website, with a background, navigation tabs and empty content pages for each of the navigation tabs. This bid is only for creating the overall look and feel. Navigation tabs; 7 total. They should read: Home / About Us / Products / Services / News / Partners / Resources. You can choose entirely which aspect the tab can have, but they will better integrate if they have a "glass" look and feel, transparency can be used if necessary. Whatever you choose should have at least 2 states: one "not selected" (not active) and one "selected" which shows the web user that he is navigating on this section. Other states are up to you if you think they are required. NOTE: if you decide to bid, PLEASE include a sketch (prototype) of what you intend to do for this job or provide links to the sites for company home pages that you have created.
