Coming Soon Page - Need right now

I need a landing page/coming soon page for a company called www.worthos.com. I need a quick logo, countdown timer on the page set for June 1st 2011. Background can just be a nice texture. The colors should be stainless steel, white, light blue, silver and black. I dont have time for many revisions so I am looking for someone to get something decent done on the first try. Since this is a temporary page, I am not going to be too meticulous, but I do want something decent.
