Collage

I am looking for an economical script to produce an artistic overlaping collage from a group of images with each image having a javascript pop up on mouse over. It should be something similar to looks and functionality of [login to view URL] In addition there should be a simple function to add, remove, or edit images/links. I can supply a server to develop on. The code must be full source code with no encryption. Payment done through escrow. Please contact me for any questions. 1. The pictures are ones our users will upload and also ones admin will upload. We want this to be as flexible a module as possible and the adding, editing and deletion of the pics, patterns such as the cat face, all possble via a web interface or interactive interface such as a photo sharing site. An example might look like [login to view URL] for displaying products. The overlay pattern could be in any format that would work out. We would want to be able to change it or leave it out depending on application as we would like to use this on several sites. We want to be able to specify the size and style of the images in the collage to suit the application. The javascript(if necessary) would only be for the mouseOver popups that you can see on the example sites. We would want to pop up an semi-transparent information window and link when the mouse mouse hovers. This might be better done in script or Flash, as long as it pops up similar windows and links as in the samples. Also, in the event of a picture of a product, for example, we might want to include a thumbnail in the popup window. We want PHP to automatically create the collage from a directory of images and maintain the links to these in a MySql database. In other words, this module would be very dynamic. PHP would create the collage or list of images and links, and a Flash .swf could handle the display and popups. We don't need you to build the final pages, just the PHP/Flash modules that we could integrate into a site. We would want you to develop it on an independent server (we can supply if you want) with a simple interface which we could then migrate to our web pages. We would want all rights to the code and all code must be full code with no encryption.
