1.) Have several tabs that link to pdf documents...need you to redesign so there is only one big tab and have new updated pdf for it to link too...
2.) add google analytic tracking code
3.) add live chat code
Do not have wordpress account which former coder used so ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH EXISTING HTML FILES IN MY HOSTGATOR ACCOUNT
