Clean, Minimalistic Personal Webpage

Read everything before bidding... I am looking to spend around $100. The person in my price range and also great mockup will be rewarded. I'm looking for homepage,about,contact,projects pages...If you think I should include another page please let me know. Web page will be showing Me being a project manager. Have a bunch of place holders for pictures and text near it, this would allow me to enter and edit text etc.. I would leave you up to designing really to create a look and feel. I am looking for a minimalistic website... YOUR MORE THAN WELCOME TO CREATE A MOCKUP HOMEPAGE AND SEND TO ME..THIS WILL ALLOW ME TO REWARD SOMEONE QUICKLY.( I BELIEVE YOU HAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION HERE TO CREATE SOMETHING) All the listed sites here were searched by black and white minimalistic website..
