I need the following services. 1- Build a website with a control panel for me so that I can easily make changes when needed. 2- Website must reflect the premium service I provide. Back links MUST be manually created. 6- As my business is education related, please create backlinks with .edu 7- All payment will be made only after every back link is verified to be genuine and correct. 8- PR number will be suggested by freelancer.
