Blended Social Networking Website Needed

This is a blended social networking site that will call people to events based on shared interests and historical data. While involving local businesses, it's focus will remain on exclusivity of networks based on major metropolitan areas which are to be listed on the website at sign-up. I need a website developer that can readily make adjustments as I further define the marketing/revenue model. I also need someone with connections, if they are not capable, to mobile app developers as this will be a focal point on how the product will be delivered. Since I (think) I have found an angle that is different from all the other blended social networking sites, the rest of the details will be disclosed in person upon signing and reviewing a confidentiality agreement, which will be in the interest of both parties. For the right person, company ownership and/or other shared profits are definitely negotiable within reason and scope of the business. For now, this is a one-time project that will be paid in installments for services rendered.
