I need a simple but attractive 4 page website created. The details of what I need are below:

The website is going to be selling Air Race Posters, so the website needs to be themed around Air racing and aircraft and needs to have a modular look to it.

I need a header graphic across the top of the page with navigation links below that. The navigation links need to change color when moused over.

I will also need a PayPal shopping cart set up for the posters.

Website coding needs to be HTML.
