301436 Awesome Web Design Needed

I need an awesome design for my new website [login to view URL] I want it to be a teddy bear theme colors doesn't matter but just nicely designed and great graphics. My idea includes javascript mouseover teddy bear buttons that leads to different pages a logo and the template. Clipart based, no live bear pictures.
