Delphi XE2 with Intraweb XII application

Need a Delphi Intraweb application that show documents with the following requirements: 1.) Will be a secure https Intraweb application that will work as a Microsoft Windows Service. 2.) The application consists of 3 Intraweb pages in total . 3.) First page will be a login and password page, users and passwords will be read from a Microsoft Access 2000 database. After several retries of unsuccessful login, the source address will be blocked for one hour. 4.) Second page will show from one to a maximum of five groups of documents in alternating background colors along with a general text message for each group. 5.) Each group will contain from one to a maximum of four documents. Each document will be described with a short description and link image icons will be provided for a combination of one to three different file formats: JPG, PDF and Word. One document could be in one format only, or in several of the described formats. 6.) Group text message and documents path and description will be read from the same Microsoft Access 2000 database told above. This page will be a mere representation of the table records involved. 7.) Third page will be a watchdog one that upon request will return not html code, but only actual date and time along with the number of sessions logged for the actual day. 8.) We will provide a sample Access database with records. 9.) We expect to get commented full source code, along with full rights over the provided source code.
