I need someone to create one arbitrage web platform that compare and inform the best combination of odds from at least the top20 online bookers. Someone with proven experience creating scripts to extract data from online bookers and knoweledge of the bussiness are very welcome. The platform should only allow registered users to access the information and allow the management of user. The developer can use or expand any previous product that she/he had already create. The bid will be for creating a fully working platform. Payements will be made in the end of the project.
