Build and host Movie Website

Hello, I am interested in creating a website themed around movies. As I have no experience in this area, it will require design, hosting and future maintenance. I have a Domain name that I have secured. The site will need to have the following: -Professional design with "movie" theme -Ability for users to register and create a profile with interests, location, age, etc -Ability to link in with movie listing information based on members zip code -Ability to show top movies based on box office sales -Movie discussion boards/review sections -Ability to link to movie ticket purchase websites (i.e. Fandango) -Ability for members to send Personal Messages to eachother I have the vision, just need your expertise to create this.
