Ok so I am looking for someone to help me build a website similar to this.: [login to view URL] It can be any design the main thing I want is a home page for news like shown and this forum page: [login to view URL] I also want personal profiles like this: [login to view URL] And I will only accept the bid if you can make little icons next to the username like how you see that silver crown near the name Allen. If you can make it with a home page, a forum page like that, profiles with ranks like how under his name it says Owner/Developer. Also I want to have a post count thing like where people get ranks for how many posts they have and profiles with a profile pic, avatar and signature. BUT most importantly those crown icons next to the username. With this said you can make the design any how you want but try to keep it the same colors and have a home page forum page and if you can make a custom online chat that shows people online and with ranks the same as the ranks like owner/developer which i will go in to specifically later. Also once I choose you I will show you the ranks I want and the icons for the usernames and other things :)
