Candidate Resourcing and Administration Executive

COMPANY

The client is a specialist Oil and Gas Recruitment consultancy based in London, UK. Having recently launched following the acquisition of major contracts to supplier Oil and Gas professionals to the Libyan market, the client is looking to hire either a permanent or contract resourcing executive to help grow the candidate network and manage the administrative task of uploading CV’s onto the internal database.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Resourcing and Administration executive will be responsible for using a ready-made LinkedIn profile and connecting with prospective candidates for future roles. The executive will be responsible for joining Oil and Gas groups that are relevant to particular nationalities and specialities, and sending a pre-written message out to new candidates.

The executive will then be responsible for collating the responses, and then sending another pre-written message asking for the new candidate’s CV, current salary, notice period and career aspirations. Once this CV is received, along with information on situation, current salary and notice period and career aspirations – this data will then need to be uploaded onto the Selector Co database. (All training and log-ins will be provided)

The executive will be responsible for adding 1000 candidates per week to the database of candidates of particular nationalities and job titles. Candidates will be checked daily for quality control. There will be bonuses paid for performances made above this level. This should work out on a daily basis to be about 4.5 hours of Search and messaging on LinkedIn with about 4.5 hours of administration.

In addition – there will potentially be other work (paid hourly) for the provision of lead generation services for the corporate sales team to use. This is a long-term position with the potential for future and varied work.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

- Strong command of the English language

- Highly proficient in the use of I.T, and Microsoft office

- Able to work alone and to targets with daily reporting

- Use of own computer and internet connection

Preferred

- Knowledge of the Recruitment Industry

- Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry

- Existing candidate networks in place – potential for paid bonuses if candidates can bring with them substantial contact lists
