Build a Website

There is a website with a map build by silverlight and I want to get these map's layers, I want to get all data from this map ! , I want to make my own map and add these layers from that website into my map The website allow you to search by land number (block number ) or house number then it will take you to that place or land . what I want to do is to link information I already have with these places , so I need that layer which link the land number with its coordinates , so if I get this layer I will be able to search by the land number .
