chrome data scraping

I'm looking for a tool made (chrome addon) to mine contact data from the web. app login: connect with google account. permissions: all related to using browser, history, all contacts. all user data should be saved in a table of the system, include contacts, exclude web history. Setting: in setting the user can choose specific data to scrape: language, minimum rows, types of data ( eg more than 5 rows, all of them containing at least 6 digits OR @) Also a place to set "proceccing page" - this page is used by the user to proccess the data, and is flexible. flow: background actions: when a user is in a page with a table with the parameters set by the user, it will recognize it as a table to keep. manipulation on page: table to keep will be colored SERP will show checkbox next to each result. the checkbox will be checked if data was extracted from the page. a filter will enable to show all search results OR only uncheked result user action: when on a page with data to keep, a click on the addon icon will copy data information and post it in 2 places: 1) to the systems database, with the headers. if headers are new to the system. 2) to the address the user defined in <setting >> "proccess page"> it will then fill the checkbox related to this url. I may later configure it as a paid extention, so please include in your description ( not in offer) a price for making this extention paid with limited feature trial. Looking forward to begin ASAP.
