Create 200 'hotmail' accounts for me(simple task!)....

We need somebody to create 200 brand new hotmail accounts for us.- These all need to be created on different/rotated IP address locations... (and we are looking for $4 in TOTAL for this job- no more!) These 200 Created passwords will be listed in an excel sheet- username along their password in 2 simple columns 1 2 3 ... ... etc 200 Passwords will be provided by us, and the 200 usernames will most probably be provided by us also. This is an easy job for somebody who knows what the are doing. we are just looking at paying a total $4 for 200 accounts created = $4 for this total job, as it is very easy, (just a little time consuming though) --------------------------------------------------------------- In your PM- please state.. a) Can you create 200 hotmail passwords under Different IP address locations/ rotated IP addresses? b)How many days can you complete 200 hotmail/windows live registrations in? c) and what is your bid?- we are looking for a low bid - $4 for creating 200 accounts- $4 for this Total job.
