i have a very small estate agent si need a person to take the odd call deal take messages for me set up an apointment every now and then do some paper work that is audio type 1 full page of text do up invoices and letters 1- 2 a day normally. The person must have skype so they can take calls and the times are important our office hours are [url removed, login to view] gmt
they must be able to ans phones at all times during our hours
they must be able to read out description of property if needed
must be able to make appointments 1-2 appointments per day normally
they must be able to sort an issue such as arranging for a plumber to call to a house and let the tenant know about it and find out the cost of the job and tell the owner
they must be able to do a letter that use our templates and change some info such as price and name
they must be able to keep diarys on proerties up to date
they must be able to know when it is important to contact me such as new business and emergencies
