Hello, I have setup multiple Elastix servers configuring inbound and outbound routes, IVRs and a host of other features. I can help you setup your telephone numbers for voice calls and IVRs Unfortunately I cannot help with the SMS. I'm not sure you'll have much luck with that too unless you're willing to invest in some custom development. SMS is just taking off on PBXs and so options are limited.
