add features to VB app to automate file creation

I have a visual basic app that outputs a html file based on info entered in app generator. I want to automate the process so i can create hundreds of websites at click of a button. i need to add the feature of pulling info from an excel file and then pull data from [login to view URL] to get keyword data and use that info to put in the the final app. I have a template to put data in place . so what i need is to load info from excel and then load data from [login to view URL] and remove duplicate names then generate file and save the html as the name pulled from excel website and make it SEO friendly and save each file in a folder named as the data from the excel file. either you can use my current app or create a app to do the task, what ever is easier.
