I am looking for a data/spreadsheet analysis tool (LCR )solution in excel, access or similar platform that can help compare carrier call tariffs and come up with a least cost route/rate based on an analysis of all carrier rates loaded.. This would be done by comparing the destination prefixes, optimizing/standardising these prefixes (if required) and matching or analysing different rates per prefix. most rate (spread)sheets are in .csv format. A simple v lookup is not the solution as different carries adopt different prefix lengths which is why i need help It must be able to compare multiple carrier rates. I can provide documents for analysis.
