Database for Time Payments

I can do this using VB and MS Access database but I think it can be done better using Java with an embedded database, which I can also do. I have been creating database driven appilcations since 2001 in ASP, VB6, Java and now recentky on .NET. If you like my bid, let me know and we can sort out the technical details. Cheers.
