I am looking for a data access layer that i can use within my business objects to do common functions such as add, update, getrow, getrows, getall, returning either a boolean value, or read(s) and other supporting functions. I do not want generated code from a tool, my primary database is MS SQL. I am looking for good quality code and example coding standards will be sort before awarding the project.

Hello, We have such a specified Data access layer tool that allows different ways to query SQL Server database and get different results. Also, it is flexible in construction of the sql expressions and is very useful when you work with stored procedures or many various parameters from the code. Code is in C#, I also have older simplified versions in VB.net, I think.
