Delay the startup of programs in Windows 7 startup folder when computer first boots up. The required software needs to wait until an Internet connection has been established, and then start a '[login to view URL]' file in the start menu. If no Intenet connection can be established then display an error message User needs to be able to change/configure the error message User needs to be able to change/configure the location/name of the '[login to view URL]' file
